We are a full-service electromechanical contractor specializing in installations for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Our comprehensive electrical services include lighting fixtures, sub-panels, and wiring. Additionally, we provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for all assets, covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We maintain all assets at optimal performance levels according to OEM specifications and local authority recommendations, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations. We conduct periodic reviews of PPM schedules during the mobilization phase and ongoing assessments of the condition of premises and equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems, covered within the contract.
ALPS has extensive experience in SCADA and instrumentation projects for monitoring water pipelines, pump stations, and irrigation networks, encompassing all stages from design and supply to installation, testing, and commissioning. Our expertise includes executing projects with PLCs, RTUs, and various field devices such as actuators, flow meters, pressure transmitters, water quality analyzers, flood sensors, level indicators, VFDs, and tank monitoring systems. We work with multiple industrial protocols, including DNP3, Profibus, HART, 4-20mA, Modbus, and RS232. We provide support for field device installation, cabling, and termination works inside RTU panels, including any necessary wiring or hardware modifications. Additionally, we offer testing and commissioning of RTUs and PLCs with Master Control Centers via fiber optic or GPRS connectivity.
